根据统一经济空间框架内签订的协议，从2011年起，白俄罗斯可以将自产石油全部出口。石油出口由白俄罗斯石油公司进行，目前仅出口到德国。2012年白俄罗斯石油出口量为164.5万吨，出口额为12.88亿美元；2013年出口量为161.9万吨，出口额为12.41亿美元。2013年白俄罗斯石油开采量为164.5万吨。
